3.2 Warranty
Most used parts come with a limited warranty, generally 30 to 90 days depending on the part. Warranty details will be provided at the time of purchase. Rebuilt or remanufactured parts may carry extended warranties.
Warranties cover part replacement only, not labor or additional damages. Improper installation or misuse may void the warranty.
3.3 Installation
We recommend that all parts be installed by a licensed and qualified automotive technician. Jasper Auto & Truck Parts is not liable for damage resulting from improper installation or misuse.
3.4 Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary depending on part condition, availability, and market fluctuations. Taxes and shipping fees are additional unless otherwise stated.
4. Orders and Payments
4.1 Placing an Order
Orders can be placed via phone, email, in person, or through our website. Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
4.2 Payments
We accept payments via major credit cards, debit, cash, e-transfers, and other secure payment methods. Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon.
4.3 Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipping. Special-order items or items that have already been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

5.1 Local Pickup
Parts may be picked up from our Edmonton location during business hours. Please bring your order confirmation and valid identification.
5.2 Delivery
We offer delivery throughout Alberta and can arrange shipping to other locations upon request. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be disclosed prior to shipment.
Jasper Auto is not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier errors, or other unforeseen events.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1 Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for most parts, subject to a 20% restocking fee. The part must be in original condition and accompanied by a receipt.
